A few of our clients and carers have already volunteered some of their time in developing new and creative projects to introduce a friendly and productive dynamic to the service. Margaret is a client at Affinity Homecare. Having cared for her husband for 30 years, she understands the value of care work, and time spent volunteering is   a precious commodity. “ Just two days in the office really built my confidence ” Margaret is supporting with a project for clients and their families and believes the simple act of getting out of the house whilst engaging in something positive, gives her a sense of purpose and at the age of 86, it is key to longevity    and a rewarding life.
