The post holder will be part of DFN Project SEARCH programme working in partnership with Host Business Amazon and SWRAC educational provider to deliver the specific DFN Project SEARCH programme to interns. The post holder will be based in Amazon. Interns are young adults who have a learning disability and / or autism. Interns are recruited by all three parties over the summer months, in readiness to start the programme in September. This role works to the academic year so is mainly term time. The DFN Project SEARCH trainer provides individualised support for interns during the internship rotation in order for the interns to acquire competitive and marketable skills.
