Support Workers - Fareham - (PO16) Full time 37.5 hours per week (Earlies/Lates/Sleep Ins & alternate weekends Must hold a full UK Driving Licence to be considered for this role We have a fantastic opportunity for support workers to join our new team to support the transition of 2 young men who are transitioning from child to adult support, both have just turned 19, have autism and ADHD. This is an exciting time for both young gentlemen, you will be involved in helping them settle in, encourage them to continue and get involved in the activities they love. You will also be supporting a gentleman in his 60's requiring full support with all daily activities. Each of people we will be supporting will have their own private room and shared access to communal areas such as kitchen, lounge, bathrooms and garden.
