The charity provides care home and day care services for older people, as well as grants for older people in financial difficulty. The Lawn is a beautiful Georgian period home in the rural village of Holybourne, Hampshire. The building has been sympathetically modernised to meet the needs of all our residents and we have a dedicated, well-trained and compassionate team of staff that care for our residents.
