As a Home Care Assistant you will provide care to individuals, within their own homes. This will involve travelling between clients through the community as well as our retirement villages. You’ll perform a variety of tasks according to the Person Centred Care Plan, this may change periodically dependent upon the needs and wishes of the customer.
