We are looking for Female Support Workers in New Milton to cover various shifts from full time, part time and relief to suit you. We are looking for people who share our values and can support people to have the life they want to live. We are fortunate to be supporting two young autisitc people in their own home in New Milton. Both people are very able and need a degree of support to navigate their lives. Both are gentle and enjoy a peaceful environment. We support them to develop their independence and confidence in their respective decision making. Empowerment is the key word and we have seen them develop into very capable young people. We are looking for people who have an interest in art, animals, sewing, walking and drawing.
