Job Advert Calling all compassionate and dedicated individuals! Mencap is seeking passionate Support Workers to join our incredible team in Ryton, West Gateshead. As a Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will be working with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs. From assisting with daily activities to providing emotional support, you’ll play a vital role in their life. The service provides support for four gentlemen who are between the age range of 52 and 81 years old. The gentlemen enjoy partaking in social activities such as a weekly art and craft group, music group, disco, voluntary jobs, bowling, cinema and theatre trips, socialising and eating out.
