Job Advert We are recruiting for Support Workers to join our Service based in St Leonards on Sea, East Sussex Do you want to make a positive difference to people’s lives?  As a Support Worker flexibility is key as you may be required to work a variety of different shifts.   These will include weekends and bank holidays. The shifts vary from early to morning to late evening (usually ranging from 7am to 10pm), and include sleep ins (sleep ins are when you stay the night at the service and sleep in the staff room). This service also has waking night staff.   You will receive an enhanced flat rate payment of £62.45 for any  sleep in shifts carried out. The payment for sleep ins is non-contractual.  What does a Support Worker do?
