Discovery , are looking for Support Workers to join the team in Stoke Sub Hamdon . Working at the person we supports home, you will enhance their quality of life by assisting them with their day to day needs and empowering their independence. Discovery Support Workers do not need prior experience in Health Care Assistant or Social Care roles as full training is given. Due to the location of this service you will need to be driver with access to a vehicle.
