Job Advert Calling all compassionate and dedicated individuals! Mencap is seeking passionate Support Workers to join our incredible team in Warwickshire, Leamington spa. As a Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will be working with general day to day tasks, including helping to cook meals and managing finances, going out and about with the person you will be supporting. This position is a Community care role where you will be providing support to the individuals in their own home, across the Leamington spa area in the CV34, CV32 & CV31 post code.
