Our Vision
Revelation Social Care believes that everyone has a hidden talent. We take a positive approach of focusing on identifying the strengths of the people we support and cultivating them to enable their goals to be achieved through the integration of services, social, and cultural activities.
Revelation was founded in January 2015 to support those who needed a little extra help to remain independent in their own home, providing an alternative to moving to a residential care or nursing home. 9 years later, we're incredibly proud that our person-centred service has enabled families in Greater Manchester to have the choice and control over the care they receive
We embed a holistic approach. Focusing on the “Person first - Condition Second.”
We use the word 'person' to emphasise our holistic approach, which takes into account the whole person—not a narrow focus on their condition or symptoms but also their preferences, well-being, and the wider social and cultural background.
