Support Worker (Residential Care) – Full Time Hours:   37 hours per week, rota agreed in advance and will ideally include alternate weekends.   Early shifts start at 7.30am and late shifts finish at 9.30pm. We're looking for a Deputy Manager who is an empathetic leader, with strong organisational and relationship management skills to manage our well-respected Residential Care service onsite at The Grange Centre in Bookham.  The role has come about as our current Team Leader is retiring after 13 years with us. You'll report directly into our Registered Manager who oversees the full residential and supported living services that we offer, to ensure  the delivery of a person centred, efficient, responsive and high-quality service for the people we support.
