Founded in 1992, The Fremantle Trust is a registered charity and not for profit organisation providing first class care and support services that enhance the quality of life of over 1,900 older people and adults with learning disabilities. Our first class services include care homes, day services, extra care, residential and supported living schemes across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Berkshire, Hertfordshire, North London and Milton Keynes.
