Zero Three Care Homes

Zero Three Care provides specialist residential care to people with a learning disability who also present with challenging behaviour.  Many of our service users have a diagnosis of Autism, neurological difficulties and / or other complex needs.  We believe in treating people as individuals and in tailoring the care we provide to meet individual needs and to increase quality of life.

We have eight residential homes in Essex: our Head Office is in Feering and all our homes are no more than an hours’ drive from this base.

At Zero Three Care there is a focus on fun, good health and enjoyment, providing our service users opportunities to expand their sphere of experience and to develop their lives in creative and imaginative ways. As well as helping our service users with the daily tasks of looking after themselves and living in their home our Support Workers help them access as much of the community and local area as they can, attending clubs and using local leisure facilities, or even just going for long walks and drives in the beautiful Essex countryside.

You will be part of a small team – depending on the home you are placed in there will be between 20 and 35 other employees, including the Home Manager and Deputy Manager, and other Senior staff.
