All our clients have chosen to remain living independently at home and need some level of care and support to enable them to do so. Our services ensure their desired level of independence is maintained whilst they continue to live safely at home.
We provide a bespoke service, tailored to match your specific needs and preferences as well as your budget. There is no real limit to the type of support we offer. It may be something as simple as a ½ hour domestic call each day at a time to suit you, or it may be providing a more complex package of care. Where a more intensive level of care and support is required, our 24 hour Live-in care service is available.
All our Care Workers and Caremark Staff are thoroughly screened, DBS checked and trained on Care Certificate Standards before they start working for Caremark. Our staff undergo a rigorous practical and theoretical training program, delivered by an accredited Trainer, together with field based care practice observations of care practice which includes moving and handling people, medication support & first aid.
