Are you looking for a rewarding role that can offer flexible working hours? We are expanding and are urgently looking for reliable and caring individuals to join our friendly team of Community Carers. You will be providing person centred care and support to help individuals regain skills to live independently and safely in their own home. This will include working independently in carrying out care plans, rehabilitation, administering medication, providing emotional support and delivering all aspects of personal care.  Experience in delivering reablement and care in the community would be advantageous but extensive training will be provided to candidates with no, or limited, experience as long as you have a passion for delivering high quality care.   Our Community Carers currently work 6 hours shifts, 7-1pm or 4 – 10pm 365 days a year including Bank Holidays and Weekends.
