Delivering The Best Experience of Ageing.
Care and compassion are at the heart of everything we do. It’s been that way for over 100 years and is the reason why we’re well-known and respected for the quality of our care in Bristol and North Somerset. Founded by the late Henry Herbert Wills and Dame Monica Wills of Bristol in 1919, the St Monica Trust Charity has gained a reputation for providing high-quality nursing and residential care as well as maintaining a vibrant community life for its residents.
Today we have residential care and retirement villages across 5 sites in the Bristol and North Somerset area in Bedminster, Keynsham, Westbury-on Trym and Sandford, offering everything from nursing care to physiotherapy and pastoral care. This means that we also have a range of career structures and opportunities within the organisation; everything from admissions services to catering, housekeeping to human resources and marketing.
We’re proud of the positive effect we have on the lives of older people. We think that the way we’ve done this has been by living the values that are closest to our hearts. They reflect who we are, how we do things, and what we want to be. We plan our care and support around them and use them to set our objectives based so they’re in our hearts and minds every day. It's how we look after our residents and our colleagues.
