We expect you to provide our residents with compassionate and person-centred care, ensuring that their feelings are respected. Guild Care positions you to provide effective care in accordance with its policies and procedures, and in compliance with best practice principles. You and your co-workers will help each other accomplish tasks while you get to know one another.
