Would you like to work in a caring, supportive environment where you can make a real difference to people’s lives? Role: Supported Living Care Worker for adults with mild to moderate learning disabilities as part of the halow project. Location: Our services are primarily based across Guildford and Cranleigh, but you may also be supporting at activities and venues across the Surrey area. Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week, working 5 of 7 days, with an average of 2 sleep-ins per week. This role requires flexibility to work on a rotational rota pattern covering Monday – Sunday each week across shifts patterns which include early shifts, day shifts, late shifts, sleep-ins and some weekends. Location: This role provides outreach services across Surrey. We are looking for Support Workers to work in areas such as Guildford, Farnham, Godalming, Egham, Camberley, Ash Vale and the wider Surrey area. Hours: Variable Hours contract. Training: Fully paid training is given including the industry recognised Care Certificate, and further development opportunities are available including Positive Behaviour Support and opportunities to study for accredited National Vocational Qualifications.  Our  Independent Support Workers are a vital part of how we nurture independence in adults aged 16+. You will be responsible for: -Providing high-quality support to our young adults and helping to plan their day-to-day lives whilst working to achieve their goals and promote their independence, whether this be supporting with independent travel training, learning to cook or finding work experience. -Encouraging and supporting with tasks and goals they have set for themselves....
