Job Title: Dual Registered Children’s Home Manager
Location: BD4, Bradford
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Dual Registered Manager to oversee two children’s homes located in close proximity in Bradford (BD4 area). This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader to take responsibility for the overall management, development, and performance of two well-established services that provide high-quality, person-centred care for children and young people with complex needs, emotional and behavioural difficulties.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring both homes operate in full compliance with Ofsted regulations and deliver outstanding outcomes for the young people we support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of two children’s homes located near each other in BD4

  • Ensure both services are fully compliant with relevant legislation (Children’s Homes Regulations 2015, Quality Standards)

  • Lead, mentor, and develop teams across both homes to deliver consistent, therapeutic, and child-focused care

  • Promote a culture of high performance, safeguarding, and continuous improvement

  • Work closely with local authorities, professionals, families, and other stakeholders

  • Prepare for and lead Ofsted inspections, striving for “Good” or “Outstanding” outcomes

  • Manage budgets, resources, staffing levels, and rotas efficiently across both homes

  • Drive placement stability and positive outcomes for young people

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a children’s residential care setting

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)

  • Strong working knowledge of relevant legislation, safeguarding, and regulatory requirements

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across two services

  • Full UK driving licence
