Job Title: Dual Registered Children’s Home Manager
Location: BD4, Bradford
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Dual Registered Manager to oversee two children’s homes located in close proximity in Bradford (BD4 area). This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader to take responsibility for the overall management, development, and performance of two well-established services that provide high-quality, person-centred care for children and young people with complex needs, emotional and behavioural difficulties.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring both homes operate in full compliance with Ofsted regulations and deliver outstanding outcomes for the young people we support.
Oversee the daily operations of two children’s homes located near each other in BD4
Ensure both services are fully compliant with relevant legislation (Children’s Homes Regulations 2015, Quality Standards)
Lead, mentor, and develop teams across both homes to deliver consistent, therapeutic, and child-focused care
Promote a culture of high performance, safeguarding, and continuous improvement
Work closely with local authorities, professionals, families, and other stakeholders
Prepare for and lead Ofsted inspections, striving for “Good” or “Outstanding” outcomes
Manage budgets, resources, staffing levels, and rotas efficiently across both homes
Drive placement stability and positive outcomes for young people
Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a children’s residential care setting
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
Strong working knowledge of relevant legislation, safeguarding, and regulatory requirements
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities across two services
Full UK driving licence
