Bank Spa Receptionist
Richmond Village Witney, Coral Springs way, Oxfordshire, OX28 5DG
£12.40 per hour -Paid breaks
Bank Contract -
Shift pattern to include weekends.
Shift pattern can vary from 7.30am - 7.30pm

As the front of house, you represent the welcoming spirit of our award-winning village. Our reception team is crucial in providing a warm welcome to our visitors, whether they're greeting them in person or speaking with them over the phone.
You'll help us make health happen by:
Meeting and greeting of internal and external customers in a friendly and courteous manner
Always Have a professional and efficient manner
Excellent administration and organisational skills, ensuring administration of the daily running of the Spa is kept up to date.
Have a high standard of customer service experience, minimum two years' experience.
Managing therapist's daily appointments in an effective manner
Liaise between different departments
Good team player
Ensuring accurate information Is provided on all club facilities.
Additional housekeeping duties to ensure work areas within the Spa are maintained to a high standard.
Attend internal/external training courses as required.
Qualifications GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths or equivalent.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
Previous experience in reception or care home roles is beneficial. Applicants must have excellent communication abilities and a superb phone etiquette, as well as familiarity with Microsoft Office. Additionally, they should exhibit outstanding attention to detail and the ability to manage time efficiently, which are crucial for teamwork and independent tasks.
