Having a diverse workforce is a key strength of the Bupa culture, and we understand the importance of making sure our workforce fully represents the communities in which we operate and the customers we serve, across the globe. We want people to feel comfortable and free to bring their whole self to work every day – and that’s why we launched our ‘Be You’ network.
