Job Title: Support Worker
Location: Hemel Hempstead, HP2
Salary: £14.50 per hour (Weekdays) | £15.00 per hour (Weekends)
Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time (Weekend commitment required)
We are currently seeking compassionate and dependable Support Workers to join our growing team in Hemel Hempstead (HP2). In this role, you will be supporting individuals to live as independently as possible, empowering them to lead fulfilling lives within their own homes and the local community.
Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support in line with individual care plans
Assist with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, medication, and household duties
Encourage and support clients to access the community and engage in meaningful activities
Promote independence, choice, and dignity at all times
Maintain clear and accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and professionals
Drive service users to appointments or social engagements when required
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Must be able to work weekends, or commit to at least one day each weekend
A caring, respectful, and patient approach
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
Previous experience in care is desirable but not essential – full training provided
Right to work in the UK
