Join Our Team as a Weekend Male Support Worker – Bilston, Wolverhampton
Location: Bilston, WV14 – Just 5 minutes from B&Q Wolverhampton
Pay: £13.54 per hour + £50 per sleep-in shift
Hours: Part-Time – Up to 27 hours per weekend
Requirements: Full UK Manual Driving Licence & Relevant Experience Essential
We’re looking for an experienced Weekend Support Worker to join our dedicated team in Bilston. You’ll be supporting six gentlemen with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and epilepsy – helping them live full, independent lives in a safe and structured environment.
Who Will You Be Supporting?Each gentleman lives in his own flat and enjoys an active lifestyle. You’ll provide 1:1 support tailored to their individual needs and interests:
You’ll also provide emotional reassurance during moments of distress. Full Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) training is provided.
What Will You Be Doing?Your role will be varied, meaningful, and rewarding:
Position 1 – 14.5 Hours
Every Saturday: 07:00am – 21:30pm
Position 2 – 12.5 Hours
Every Sunday: 08:30am – 21:30pm
We are happy to offer both shifts (27 hours) for applicants comfortable working every weekend. Additional overtime is available supporting other gentlemen in the house.
