Female Support Workers for Waking Nights Wanted – Make a Difference in Barnsley - S70!
Full Time - 30 hrs a week
Waking Nights - 21hrs a week
Are you ready to bring fun, energy, and care to an amazing role?
We’re recruiting Female Support Workers to support a fabulous lady living in her home in Barnsley duing nights. Whether you’re experienced or brand new to care, we’ll give you all the training and support you need to shine—helping you earn your care certificate and beyond!
What’s the Role?
We’re supporting a vibrant and active lady who receives 1-to-1 support 24/7. She thrives with lots of positive prompts, encouragement, and motivation to build independence, develop new skills, and stay engaged with everyday living.
She’s always on the go — involved in a variety of community groups and activities — but her favourite thing in the world? A good shopping trip! She’s all about the pink, the glam, and loves anything to do with hair and nails. If you enjoy upbeat energy, meaningful support, and a bit of sparkle, this could be the perfect role for you!
Your Day-to-Day:
Help the lady learn the skills they need to live independently and enjoy the life they choose.
Provide personal care and support with shopping, housework, cleaning, and laundry.
Assist with medication and keep them involved in the activities they love.
Shift Patterns:
22:00 -07.00 (waking nights)
What You’ll Need:
We don’t require experience—just a positive attitude and a love for making people smile!
We believe anyone can be a great support worker, no matter your background, as long as you share our values of respect, partnership, courage, ambition, and integrity.
If this sounds like your kind of role, apply today! We’re shortlisting as applications come in, so don’t miss out on the chance to make a real difference!
