Are you someone who genuinely cares about helping people live fuller, more independent lives? Do you thrive in a role where every day brings a chance to make a meaningful impact? If so, we’d love to hear from you.
We’re looking for a Senior Support Worker to join our supported accommodation service in Guildford. This is a warm, people-focused environment where compassion and teamwork really matter. You’ll be supporting adults to build confidence, develop life skills, and take positive steps forward—while also playing a key role in guiding and supporting the wider team.
What you’ll be doing:
Providing day-to-day support to residents, tailored to individual needs and goals
Supporting people with daily living skills, wellbeing, appointments, and community activities
Leading, mentoring, and supporting Support Workers on shift
Ensuring care plans, risk assessments, and documentation are up to date and followed
Helping maintain a safe, positive, and empowering home environment
Working collaboratively with families, professionals, and external services
Taking part in rota duties, including occasional weekends or evenings
What we’re looking for:
Experience in a support worker role (supported living or similar)
Someone confident, caring, patient, and approachable
Ability to lead by example and support the team
Strong communication and organisational skills
A genuine passion for helping people live the life they choose
This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Support Worker who’s ready to step up—or for an existing Senior Support Worker looking for a new, meaningful challenge.
If this sounds like a place where you’d thrive, we’d love to hear from you. Apply today and help shape brighter futures in Guildford.
