We are recruiting for amazing Support Worker in Melton Constable. Whether you have experience or not, we will help support you to reach your full potential by providing you with all the necessary training, guidance and support you need to complete your care certificate and further qualifications.
We support people with learning disabilities and autism, behaviours of distress, personal care, epilepsy, complex needs and much more. If you have a caring, kind and thoughtful nature, we would love to hear from you.
The role will involve:
You will support 1 gentleman and share responsibilities and duties with another colleague. Our client requires support 24hr a day. He suffers from epilepsy and may show behaviours of distress at times. He is looking for staff that will be understanding of his condition, patient and resilient. Our client likes to go but trips are being planned in advance and depend on client behaviour. You will be supporting client with meal preparation, various appointments, personal care and outings.
Shift patterns:
Mostly longs days starting at 9:30 am leading into a sleep. There is a possibility of split shifts.
