About the Role

The purpose of your new job is to give the highest quality standards byproviding a clean and safe environment and that our residents receivedthe very best support services within our homes. This will include:

  • Ensuring in–house policies and general standards of hygiene aremet

  • Ensuring the communal areas and homes are maintained andcleaned to an excellent standard

  • Ensure that day–to–day tasks and routines are carried out tocontribute to the smooth running of the home

Whether you may be giving support with personal care or joining in withuser’s activities, the variety within your role will give you great jobsatisfaction!

About you!

Do I need experience? Quite simply no! Anyone can apply, we don’t needany qualifications as you will always be learning through ourinnovative training and support programme, giving you the best skillspossible to ensure you reach your full potential.

About Us

Established since 1992, we’re a charity and not–for–profit organisationthat provides care and support for older people and adults withlearning disabilities. Today, we have 1500 staff supporting over 1,100residents at services across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire,Hertfordshire, and Milton Keynes.
