About the Role

The purpose of your new job is to give the highest quality care within ourhomes. This will include:

  • Supporting people who require nursing care, including those living withdementia
  • Assisting with personal care
  • Involved in writing support plans
  • Enhancing the lives of our people by providing first class care

Whether you may be giving support with personal care or joining in withuser’s activities, the variety within your role will give you great jobsatisfaction!

About you!

Do I need experience? Quite simply no! Anyone can apply, we don’t need any qualifications as you will always be learning through ourinnovative training and support programme, giving you thebest skills possible to ensure you reach your fullpotential.

About Us

Established since 1992, we’re a charity and not–for–profit organisationthat provides care and support for older people and adults with learningdisabilities. Today, we have 1500 staff supporting over 1,100 residents atservices across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, and MiltonKeynes.
