The Heights, High Wycombe, provides outstanding nursing care for older people, including dementia care, in a cheerful and welcoming environment. Our dedicated and passionate team are looking for a talented Nurse to join them.

We are currently looking for Registered Nurses (RGN or RMN) to come and join our nursing team at The Heights working Waking Nights. We are able to offer 12 hour shifts, working full time or part time hours.

Salary: Up to £20.00 per hour (depending upon experience) with paid breaks, plus £4.00 per hour enhancement on bank holidays.

Your duties as a Registered Nurse will be to:

Ensure that the NMC code of practice is upheld at all times

Act as a role model for all staff and ensure that a high quality of nursing care is provided at all times for our residents

Monitor and manage the health and well–being of our residents

Be involved with all aspects of nursing care, including personal care

Implement, review and update care plans

Medication management and administration

Maintain accurate detailed reports and records

Ensure that residents received planned or urgent healthcare whenever required

The successful candidate will hav e:

A passion and commitment for providing quality nursing care and the ability to lead our team of dedicated care staff.

A live NMC PIN number.

Clinical knowledge with experience as a Registered Nurse in a care or nursing home

Experience in catheterisation (male and female), wound care, venepuncture and PEG feeds

A reliable, trustworthy and flexible approach to work
