The people we support are looking for Support Workers who will get to know them and listen to what it is they want do and achieve in life. Whether it’s helping them with the daily tasks that come with living independently or supporting them to get back in the community.
Who do we Support?
We support people between ages 18+, who all have a variety of interests, this includes arts & crafts, animals, going to the cinema and the theatre as well taking part in activities in the community. We feel supporting their hobbies and interests increases their confidence and mental wellbeing, which is another important part of them reach life goals and ambitions.
Job Title: Female Support Worker
Contracted Hours: 39 hours (Full Time)
Shift pattern: Fully flexible (Includes Days, Nights, Weekends & Sleep–ins)
Salary: £10.91 ph
Location: Haslington, CW1
Driving Licence: Essential – Choice Support will contribute £15 per driving license for up to 20 lessons to anyone who is learning to drive.
–Helping the people we support to learn new skills
–Assisting with day to day living tasks
–Ensuring the people we support are encouraged to reach their full potential
– Administering medication
