 Job Role: Senior Care Assistant                

Hours: Full Time

Pay Rate: £10.70 per hour

Location: Romans, 1 Roman Road, Southwick, Brighton BN42 4TP

About the service:

Romans is a 27 bedded care home, supporting older individuals, some of whom are living with dementia. Romans, is a friendly, warm, and welcoming home, with a great atmosphere!

About the Role: 

Being a  Senior Care Assistant with Keychange, you will:

·          Medication administration.

·          Giving handovers to staff, completing care planning and reviews.

·          Dealing with possible new people enquiring to live at the home.

·          Dealing with multidisciplinary teams, liaising with relatives, friends and advocates.

·          Leading the team throughout uncertain times with Covid 19.

 

About you:

Candidates need to be trained to at least NVQ Level 3 and have experience of leading teams and managing care homes in absence of Manager/ Head of Care. What we do ask is that you are happy to put the needs of others first, that you believe in treating everyone as equals and have a kind and caring nature.
