Job Description

  The Fremantle Trust are looking for a Chef Manager to join our Carey Lodge team 

Duties include:

  • Organise and manage the daily production and serving of high quality meals 
  • Cooking cakes for afternoon tea
  • Implement and manage stock control and budgets effectively
  • Supervising support staff and assisting with the ordering of food supplies
  • Ensuring the service is safe and hygienic

The Successful Candidate

Ideally with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Food Catering, you’re a Chef/Cook of long standing who has experience both of being part of a team and leading one.

You will be flexible, patient, and easy–going in your approach, and be willing to turn your hand to new things and never get frustrated.

Today, we have 1500 staff supporting over 1,100 residents at services across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, and Milton Keynes.
