Role: Recruitment Manager

Location: Head Office, Weston-super-Mare

Job type: Full-time or part-time, permanent.

We are looking for the right candidate for this role and can be flexible regarding working hours.

Salary: £32,000 per annum (pro-rata if part-time)

The role…

We are seeking an experienced recruitment/HR professional to lead our in-house recruitment team and implement a robust recruitment and staff retention strategy. The role is at the heart of our company, sourcing and retaining quality care staff to ensure we can continue to provide high-quality and dignified care to residents in our care homes.

The right person…

Recruiting within the health and social care sector can be challenging, we are looking for someone who will thrive in this environment and has experience of planning and prioritising workloads in line with business needs.

You’ll be a data-led decision maker who has previously driven successful recruitment strategies and campaigns. You’ll have excellent communication skills and will be comfortable building key relationships and networking with internal and external stakeholders (managers, agencies. suppliers etc.)

Essential:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience delivering large volume recruitment
  • Experience of implementing an end-to-end recruitment and retention strategy in line with company/organisation values
  • Basic knowledge of UK employment law

Desirable:

  • Previous experience within the health and social care sector
  • Proven experience of leading a team
  • CIPD (or similar) HR qualification
  • Knowledge of the requirements in place when recruiting for CQC registered organisations
