Job Description

Care is at the heart of everything that we do. Working as a Bank Care Assistant within the Care team you will show warmth, compassion and support to our residents and their families; helping to promote independence and dignity and positively enhancing the lives of individuals in our care. Your daily routine will be as varied as the needs of people you are looking after. You will often be helping people to wash and dress, eat and drink, and go about their daily activities, but you will know what makes a difference to them and what helps to put a smile on their face. The Home Madley Park House is a warm and welcoming 'home from home' offering round the clock residential, early-stage dementia and respite care with a range of amenities including a hair salon and residents' shop. Situated in a quiet location in the thriving market town of Witney, the home has strong links to the local community. Working with us We want you to love working with us and we hope you’ll want to stay. So from your very first day, we’ll provide you with regular training and consistent career development. As well as receiving regular support from your manager, you’ll also benefit from our extensive professional support services, which now include a dedicated ‘Training and Talent Management’ team who focus on every individual’s development. And with us backing you all the way, you can show us just what you’re capable of. Our commitment to be sector-leading in all aspects of safety for our colleagues and residents has ensured that we always have full PPE supplies for all our services. Alongside ‘instant’ tests, known as Lateral Flow Tests, for every day you work in one of our homes you will have comfort in knowing all your colleagues will be fully vaccinated against COVID-19  (in line with government legislation; please do not continue with this application if you have not received all doses of an approved COVID-19 vaccination, or clinically exempt or under 18 years of age).  Should you have any questions about this role or our application process, please call our recruitment team on 0345 013 1714
