Job description

  • Full time and Part Time contracts available with guaranteed hours
  • Day shifts term time weekdays 7am - 11am
  • Afternoon shifts term time weekdays 2.00pm - 9.30pm
  • Day shifts school holidays and weekends 7am - 2.00pm
  • Afternoon shifts school holidays and weekends 2.00 pm - 9.30pm
  • Socialising with our young people and creating fun and engaging activities and home events
  • Cooking and support in the kitchen during meal times
  • Assisting with fantastic days out with our young people
  • Assisting with personal care
  • Complete relevant documentation

Residential Child Care Worker / Child Support Worker / Care Assistant / Care Worker / Carer / HCA / Community Care Worker / Domiciliary Care Worker / Health Care Assistant / Homecare Support Worker

About you

You will

  • Hold a valid driving licence with access to a vehicle
  • Be a positive role model
  • Have experience working with children and young people with complex needs and behaviours that challenge
  • Remain calm under pressure
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be committed to developing positive working relationships
  • Due to regulatory requirements we are unable to accept applications from people under the age of 22. (This Role is exempt under the Equalities Act 2010, Schedule 9 part 1)
