Job Title: Senior Support Worker
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Pay Rate/Salary: £10.95 per hour / £21,346 per annum

As part of your role, your duties will include:
- Enable the individuals we support with complex health care needs, learning disabilities and/or an autism spectrum condition, to lead an independent life.
- Providing high-quality person-centred care, tailored to the needs of each individual, based on their lifestyle.
- Providing first line management to a small staff support team.
- Working alongside our existing team, offering a diverse range of exciting and varied activities – bring your hobbies to work!

To be considered for the role, you will need to:
- Experience of working with people with disabilities/Autism Spectrum Conditions.
- Experience of managing difficult and challenging situations whilst maintaining high standards of care and support.
- Hold a L3 QCF in Adult Social Care.
- Hold a full manual driving licence in order to drive our vehicles.
- Possess good communication, and organisational skills.
- Be able to work flexibly including weekends.
- Be able to engage, listen and communicate in a variety of ways and demonstrate emotional resilience.
