Job Title: Deputy Home Manager

Location: Sir Aubrey Ward, Marlow, Buckinghamshire, SL7 2PJ

Salary: up to £29,627 per annum dependant upon experience, plus benefits

Permanent and Full time (37 hours per week)

We have an opening in our Sir Aubrey Ward home for a second Deputy HomeManager to join our team. We are looking for an experienced individual thathas worked within a residential care home setting. Our Deputy Home Managersneed to have demonstrable decision–making skills, experience of supportingbudget management and knowledge of current care legislation.

At the Fremantle Trust we support our managers through our LeadershipAcademy to equip employees with the very best skills and experience. Thisis a great opportunity to join our Trust and support the Home Manager todrive the home forward to achieving a CQC rating of ‘Good’ or higher.

Sir Aubrey Ward House is in Marlow, Buckinghamshire and provides specialistresidential care for older people, including those living with dementia, ina friendly and welcoming environment.

Our ideal candidate

  • A minimum of 2 years work experience in a residential care or healthcare setting.
  • Proven experience of managing teams of internal staff.
  • Proven experience of supporting the management of commercial budgets,driving occupancy and fee management
  • Strong ability to build relationships internally with staff andresidents and their families.
  • Experience of working successfully with stakeholders and CQC.
  • Holds a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
