Job Description

  • Full time 40 hours per week
  • overall responsibility for the operational management of the residential services ensuring that they operates to the highest professional and quality standards.
  • overseeing the day to day running of a care services
  • leading and managing staff so they can perform their roles safely and to the best of their ability
  • managing budgets and contracts
  • making strategic decisions about the future and growth of your care service

About you

  • 2 years experience in a registered managers position - in an LD adult residential setting
  • Proven CQC record with a rating of good committed to working towards achieving outstanding
  • Strong leadership skills promote a positive culture; must be robust and resilient
  • Strong communicator who will maintain relationships established with comissioners
  • Commerical awareness with financial acumen with an understanding and experience of maintaining budgets
  • QCF Level 5 or equivalent achieved or willing to work towards
  • Be fully vaccinated against COVID-19

The Willows and Willow View are residential homes for adults who have learning disabilities and complex needs, including behaviours that may challenge, autism and other associated issues. The Willows has accommodation for up to 10 people and Willow View has accommodation for up to two people
