Job Title: Deputy Manager (nursing and & dementia care)
Location: The Heights, High Wycombe
Salary: Up to £33,000 per annum dependent upon experience, plus benefits
Permanent and Full Time (39 hours per week)

We have an opening in our older people service in High Wycombe called The Heights for a Deputy Manager to join our team and work alongside a clinical Deputy Manager. We are looking for an individual who has managed their own team previously, and can demonstrate strong leadership skills. Our Deputy Managers need to have strong decision–making skills, knowledge of budget management and current care legislation.
At the Fremantle Trust we support our managers through our Leadership Academy to equip them with the very best skills and experience. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Home Manager to join our Trust and drive it forward to further success.
The Heights is located in High Wycombe and provides nursing care for older people including those living with dementia, in a comfortable and welcoming environment.
