About the role
We want you to help us by providing an important front of house role. Aswell as meeting and greeting visitors and residents and answering telephonecalls, we’ll also rely on you to provide vital administrative andsecretarial support to the team. Keeping the reception area looking cleanand tidy will be important too. And, when necessary, you’ll even act as atour guide as you show people around the home.
As well as experience of front of house/reception work, we’ll be lookingfor strong admin and office IT skills (Microsoft Word and Excel) and a highlevel of numeracy and literacy. Someone who’s comfortable chatting withanyone and everyone, you will have a smart appearance and are always readywith a smile. What’s more, you love representing our service andorganisation with your flexible approach to work.
