Job Title: Registered Home Manager (Residential & Dementia Care)

Location: Icknield Court, Berryfield Road, Buckinghamshire, HP27 0HE

Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum dependant upon experience, plus benefits

Permanent and Full Time (37 hours per week)

We have an opening in our Icknield Court home for a Registered Home Managerto join our team. We are looking for an experienced and successful HomeManager that has worked within a residential care home setting. Our HomeManagers need to have strong decision–making skills, knowledge of budgetmanagement and current care legislation.

At the Fremantle Trust we support our managers through our LeadershipAcademy to equip them with the very best skills and experience. This is agreat opportunity for an experienced Home Manager to join our Trust anddrive it forward to further success.

Icknield Court is located in Princes Risborough and provides specialistresidential care for older people including those living with dementia, ina comfortable and welcoming environment.

Our ideal candidate

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience of working as registered managerwithin a nursing home.
  • Proven experience of managing teams of internal staff.
  • Proven experience of managing commercial budgets, driving occupancy andfee management.
  • Strong ability to build relationships internally with staff andresidents and their families.
  • Experience of working successfully with stakeholders and CQC.
  • A nursing background is desirable but not essential.
  • Holds a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
