About the Role

The purpose of your new job is to give the highest quality care within our homes. This will include:

  • Supporting clients with learning disabilities, this may involve carrying out activities with the individual like cooking, drama or woodwork or taking an individual swimming, bowling or to a museum
  • You’ll provide activities which meet individual needs and preferences and increase interaction and confidence
  • Supporting individuals to live their lives to the fullest
  • Enhancing the lives of our people by providing first class care
  • Whether you may be giving support with personal care or joining in with user’s activities, the variety within your role will give you great job satisfaction!

About you!

Do I need experience? Quite simply no! Anyone can apply, we don’t need any qualifications as you will always be learning through our innovative training and support programme, giving you the best skills possible to ensure you reach your full potential. Whilst support and training is provided, we ask all candidates to hold a full clean driving licence and have access to their own vehicle.

All you need is good communication skills and to be able to show compassion, respect and patience to the people we support and to live our values.
