Job Title: Registered Home Manager (Residential & Dementia Care)

 

Location: Farnham Common House, Beaconsfield Road, Farnham Common, Buckinghamshire, SL2 3HU

 

Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum dependant upon experience, plus benefits

 

Permanent and Full Time (37 hours per week)

We have an opening in our Farnham Common House home for a Registered Home Manager to join our team. We are looking for an experienced and successful Home Manager that has worked within a residential care home setting. Our Home Managers need to have strong decision–making skills, knowledge of budget management and current care legislation.

 

At the Fremantle Trust we support our managers through our Leadership Academy to equip them with the very best skills and experience. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Home Manager to join our Trust and drive it forward to further success.

 

Farnham Common House has been rated ‘good’ by the CQC.  It provides specialist residential care for older people including those living with dementia, in a comfortable and welcoming environment.

 

Our ideal candidate

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience of working as registered manager within a nursing home.
  • Proven experience of managing teams of internal staff.
  • Proven experience of managing commercial budgets, driving occupancy and fee management.
  • Strong ability to build relationships internally with staff and residents and their families.
  • Experience of working successfully with stakeholders and CQC.
  • A nursing background is desirable but not essential.
  • Holds a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
