The Heights, High Wycombe, provides outstanding nursing care for olderpeople, including dementia care, in a cheerful and welcomingenvironment. Our dedicated and passionate team are looking for atalented Nurse to join them.

We are currently looking for Registered Nurses (RGN or RMN) to come andjoin our nursing team at The Heights working Waking Nights. We are ableto offer 12 hour shifts, working full time or part time hours.

Salary: Up to £20.00 per hour (depending upon experience) withpaid breaks, plus £4.00 per hour enhancement on bank holidays.

Your duties as a Registered Nurse will be to:

Ensure that the NMC code of practice is upheld at all times

Act as a role model for all staff and ensure that a high quality ofnursing care is provided at all times for our residents

Monitor and manage the health and well–being of our residents

Be involved with all aspects of nursing care, including personal care

Implement, review and update care plans

Medication management and administration

Maintain accurate detailed reports and records

Ensure that residents received planned or urgent healthcare wheneverrequired

The successful candidate will have:

A passion and commitment for providing quality nursing care and theability to lead our team of dedicated care staff.

A live NMC PIN number.

Clinical knowledge with experience as a Registered Nurse in a care ornursing home

Experience in catheterisation (male and female), wound care,venepuncture and PEG feeds

A reliable, trustworthy and flexible approach to work
