 Job Title: Wellbeing Worker 

Contracted Hours: Bank

Salary/Pay Rate: £9.50 per hour 

Location: Kidderminster Day Care – DY10 1PX

What are the duties?

Enhancing the lives of our residents every day

To contribute to the co–ordination and provision of meaningful activities as part of the team for service users according to their needs and preferences

Assisting with personal care and supporting with additional needs

Maintain service users’ independence, autonomy and choice; promoting dignity, and confidentiality at all times, in order to enable them to lead a full and active life

Providing emotional support for our residents and resident’s family members


What skills do I need?

Although previous experience is desirable, this is not essential. We only require you to be passionate about supporting our residents. We’ll provide you all the outstanding training and tools that you need; all we ask is a willingness to learn and a genuine enthusiasm to encourage others to live their lives to the full.

What is the service like?

Kidderminster day care in Worcestershire is a specialist dementia support service, run by a dedicated and experienced team of staff that offers personalised care and support.

The service is safe, secure and homely and offers a wide range of activities. Designed to both stimulate and entertain, our team offer a friendly service with a family feel. There is also a relaxing, quiet room, a lounge /dining room and a kitchen with laundry area.
