Salary: £9.90 per hour. Sleep Ins: £42.25

About us
Griffen Close is one of our residential services, supporting 2 Males and 4 Females with Learning Disabilities and Autism. The service is a single storey building , comprising 6 bedrooms, a large lounge, dining room and fully fitted kitchen and a large garden, which is enjoyed by those who live their throughout the year.
Walsingham Support are a charity that has been supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, brain injuries and complex needs across England and Wales since 1986. We pride ourselves on putting the individuals we support at the centre of everything that we do. We do this by delivering specifically tailored support for every individual we work with.
As part of your role, your duties will include:
- Encouraging the people we support to reach their full potential.
- Providing high quality person centred care, tailored to the needs of each individual, based on their lifestyle.
- Maintaining an environment that is appropriate to the needs of those we support.
- Supporting individuals with day to day living tasks such as personal care, housekeeping, meal times, social interactions and activities in the community.

In order to be considered for the role, you will need to:
- Be a team player, enthusiastic and show a can do attitude.
- Be able to work flexibly across varying shifts, including weekends.
