We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader to take on the role of leading and developing our new advice, information and support service for Carers in Calderdale. You will lead the Carer Support Worker team in delivering outcome-focussed support for carers, with a key focus on introducing new service features relating to peer support.

The Role:
Reporting into our Regional Head of Operations, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of this carer service, including managing a team of staff, contract monitoring and compliance, networking and budgetary management.
You will need to have previous experience of supervising staff, will be qualified to level 3 in Health and Social care (or equivalent) and will be qualified to level 5 in Leadership and Management (or equivalent /willing to work towards). In-depth knowledge of carer needs and experience of supporting adult carers is essential.
