Salary: £21,000 - £23,775 depending on experience

Location: Bromley, BR1

Full time  (Term-time only) 

Hours: 8:45 am to 4:45 pm (Monday to Friday

We have an exciting opportunity to join BeyondAutism as an Early Years’ Family Practitioner at our Early Years service in Bromley. 

As an Early Years’ Family Practitioner you will be a vital touch point for families, supporting children with their development and communication. You will provide expert training to families attending our service empowering them to feel more confident and resilient.  You will be responsible for creating and implementing individualised programmes for our children and families, developing engaging and stimulating activities for the children and gathering and analysing data to inform decision making.

Working with BeyondAutism we can offer:

·         Term-time role only.

·         An excellent in-house professional training programme enabling you to develop within the field of behaviour analysis, special needs and education.

·         For experienced Senior Practitioner working towards their BCBA/UKBA (cert.) qualification, there is a potential for BCBA/UKBA supervision hours.

·         Clear career pathways with opportunities for professional development, including funding for training.

You will need:

·   Passion and dedication and want to make a truly positive impact on autistic Childrens’ lives.

·   Educated to minimum A level or recognised childcare qualification essential.

·   Experience of working with children with special needs including Autism essential.

·   Prior experience within Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) essential

·   Understanding principles of Behaviour Analysis essential.

·   Physical and emotional resilience, and the ability to work under pressure.

·   Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff delivering training and guidance.

·   To be friendly, compassionate, empathic, proactive and possess good listening skills.

·   Excellent written skills and IT literate, comfortable with writing reports and using technology to record and update data.
