This super young lady is looking for a Female Support Worker to work within a Team in Whitchurch. The service is within walking distance of the town centre, where there is a wide variety of amenities such as shops, theatre, parks and train station/public transport. This will be 1-1 support for 24/7, this is no personal care required. The candidate will be required to manage behaviours that challenge and will be underpinned with knowledge in Positive Behaviour Support, Global Delay and Oppositional Defiance Disorder.
